Our team

Our team consists of very enthusiastic permanent - and parttime staff. Out of season, we work with a small fixed group in the restaurant and in the kitchen. In the weekends the same experienced part-timers join the Team. Once the main season starts, the team will expand with new workers and experienced personnel, who already had experience in the restaurant in previous years.
